Morbark Cyclone 8 Brush Chipper

The Cyclone 8, built compact for ease of towing, is designed to handle a real workload.

Ideal for rental stores, landscape companies, nurseries and homeowners, the Cyclone is built with the same outstanding strength and durability found in all Morbark chippers.

Extra steel reinforcement in critical areas equips the Cyclone for the rigors of day-to-day operation.  The unique, modular frame with its streamlined construction and the heavy-duty 2” ball coupler, connected to a rugged 3” x 4” towing tongue, are examples of the Cyclone’s rugged design.  The battery and toolboxes are also made of steel construction for extra durability.           

A 32 cubic inch hydraulic motor provides plenty of brush pulling torque to the feed wheel.  The bolt-on mounting design allows a chain coupling system to be used, protecting the hydraulic components.

Strong and durable, the Cyclone 8 is also easy to use and maintain.  The over-center belt tensioner provides ease of chipper engagement, reducing the workload on the starter.  The heavy-duty, hinged hood provides exceptional knife access for maintenance.

The fold-up feed table doubles as a locking mechanism for the tool and battery boxes, protecting against theft.

The Cyclone 8 comes standard with an automatic feed system to assure maximum production and less wear and tear on the machine.
